1961 Vintage Betty Crocker New Picture Cook Book Binder 1st Edition 5th Printing

Vintage 1961 Betty Crocker’s New Picture Cook Book in the classic colorful ring-binder format. This collectible mid-century cookbook is marked First Edition, Fifth Printing and was published by McGraw-Hill Book Company, Inc., with copyright noted as 1961 General Mills, Inc. This Betty Crocker cookbook features bright retro cover artwork, tabbed recipe sections, vintage cooking tips, baking guides, illustrations, and classic 1960s American recipes. A wonderful piece for collectors of vintage cookbooks, retro kitchen decor, Betty Crocker advertising, General Mills memorabilia, and mid-century recipe books. Overall good vintage condition with age toning, light spotting, and natural wear to the pages and cover. There is a slight split along the spine, but it does not go all the way through. Most pages are intact in the binder. Approximately 2–3 pages have broken binder holes where they attach to the rings; these could be easily reinforced if desired. The only writing noted is on the last page: an adorable handwritten dill pickle recipe from the original owner, adding wonderful personal history and vintage kitchen charm.
